Context Aware Image Re-Sizing

I was sorry to miss SIGGRAPH this year; now I’m doubly sorry as it seems there was a paper on how to resize and rescale images non-uniformly with the usual artifacts. This is amazingly cool and, as the video demonstrates, has some pretty exceptional uses.
